AEEE 2019 Application Form– Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, commonly referred as Amrita University, will release the application form of AEEE 2019 in the last week of November 2018. Eligible candidates will be able to fill the forms either through online or offline mode. To be eligible, candidates should have qualified class 12^th examination with minimum 60% aggregate marks and their date of birth should fall on or after 1 July 1998. Aspirants can visit the official website of Amrita University or personally visit the University counter, bank and post office branches to get the AEEE application form 2019. To avail the application forms physically, candidates need to pay the application fee of Rs 1000 else the fee will be submitted through online mode. All the dates mentioned in this section are tentative and the final dates will be updated after the release of official notification.

AEEE 2019 Eligibility Criteria

Aspirants must have a glance on the minimum eligibility norms before filling the AEEE 2019 application form. The exam officials will discard the applications of ineligible candidates.

• Age Limit- The birth date of a candidate must fall on or after 1 July 1998.
• Educational Qualification- Candidates should have passed class 10+2 or its equivalent examination and candidates who are appearing in the said examination in March/April 2019 are also eligible.
• Minimum Qualifying Marks- Candidates should have attained an aggregate of 60% marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry (PCM) and the aggregate marks in individual subject should not be less that 55%.

How to Submit Online AEEE 2019 Application Form?

The application form will be available in both online and offline mode in the last week of November 2018. After checking the eligibility criteria, aspirants should follow the mentioned steps to apply online for AEEE 2019. The process includes the online registration, filling the details, payment of application fee, uploading documents and downloading confirmation page-

Step 1 – AEEE 2019 Registration

The first step to submit the application form is online registration. Candidates have to visit the official website of Amrita University to access the registration link. Candidates will need their valid Email ID and date of birth details to register online for AEEE 2019. A confirmation mail will be sent to the registered email id after successful registration.

Step 2 – Filling of AEEE 2019 Application Form

Upon successful registration, the candidates have to login to their account by using their application number and password generated at the time of registration and fill the necessary information details such as personal, academic and contact details.

• Father’s Name
• Date of birth
• Nationality
• Class 10+2 scores
• Communication Address

Make sure the details entered are similar to the documents that you have uploaded.

Step 3 – Uploading in Scanned Images

After submitting the details, candidates should upload the scanned images of their photograph and signature. Along with the specification, candidates should also consider the given suggestions

• All the images should be submitted in .jpg or .jpeg format.
• The signature should be made with a black pen.
• The photograph should be of white background.

Step 4 – Payment of Fees

Candidates can opt for online or offline payment mode to submit the application fee of Rs. 1000/-. For online payment, the candidates can use the net banking or credit card/debit card, cash card and mobile wallet while for offline mode, candidates have to send a demand draft drawn of Rs. 1000/- in favour of “Amrita School of Engineering”, payable at Coimbatore.

Step 5 – Final Submission

After fee payment, candidates are advised to thoroughly review the filled details and submit the online application form. If the payment is done through demand draft then candidates have to download the completely filled AEEE application form 2019 and send the same along with the application form to given address-

How to Submit Offline AEEE 2019 Application form?

Candidates who are not familiar with the online registration process and want to send the hard copy of AEEE application form can read the mentioned instructions and follow the process. Candidates can purchase the AEEE 2019 forms either from the branches of Dhanlakshmi Bank, Federal Bank and Post Offices or can visit the University counter of Amrita School of Engineering at Amritapuri, Bengaluru, and Coimbatore. Candidates can also request through the post to obtain the application form.

Obtaining Forms In Person

• A list of Dhanlakshmi Bank branches, Federal Bank branches and post offices will be uploaded along with the AEEE 2019 application form on the main website of the university. Candidates can visit any of the mentioned centre to purchase the application form.
• The application forms can also be obtained from the University counter of Amrita School of Engineering at Amritapuri, Bengaluru and Coimbatore. Candidates have to pay the application fee as the demand draft drawn in favour of Amrita School of Engineering payable at Coimbatore to get AEEE application form 2019.

AEEE 2019 Offline Application Form- Important Instruction

• The AEEE application form 2019 will be filled by using a black ball point pen or HB pencil.
• Candidates should fill the form in English language.
• Only original OMR application form will accepted by the exam authority.
• All the details should be mention in Capital Letter and in the specified space only.
• Do not tamper the AEEE 2019 application form i.e., it should not be pinned, stapled, wrinkled, torn or wet.
• It is not mandatory to send any document or certificate along with the application form.
• No Change and correction in the AEEE 2019 application form will be entertained.
