AEEE Result 2019- Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, also referred as Amrita University, will announce the result of Amrita Engineering Entrance Examination 2019 on its official website, amrita.edu in the 1st week of May 2019. AEEE 2019 will be conducted in online and offline mode on various dates of April 2019. The AEEE result date will be released with the official notification in November 2018. Along with the result, a rank list will also be released online. AEEE 2019 result will comprise of the candidate’s details along with the rank and scores obtained by them in the entrance examination. Based on the ranking and scores of the candidates, selected candidates will be called for the counselling process, to be commenced in May/ June 2019 for admission to engineering courses offered by its three campuses namely Amritapuri, Coimbatore, and Bengaluru. Only selected candidates who meet the AEEE cutoff marks will be called for the next round of Amrita admission. The date for the release of AEEE release will be intimated soon. Meanwhile refer the below given tentative date.

How to Check AEEE Result 2019

The result of AEEE 2019 will be made available on the official website, amrita.edu. Candidates need to visit the website and enter the login credentials. We will also host the direct link of the result on this page.  By following the given steps candidates can check their AEEE 2019 result-

• Click the above-given link (to be provided after the official announcement) or visit the main website
• A new window with few blank fields will appear on your screen.
• Candidates have to login by entering your application number and Date of birth
• Click on “Submit” tab to view the AEEE result.
• Candidates are advised to take a print copy of the result for further reference.

How to Evaluate AEEE 2019 Marks?

Below given marking scheme will be considered to evaluate the AEEE 2019 marks-

• For every correct answer, you will be awarded +3 marks.
• For every wrong answer -1 marks will be given.
• If no response is indicated in the answer sheet against a question, no marks, positive or negative will be awarded.
• If more than one answer is indicated against a question, it will be treated as “incorrect answer” and negative mark will be awarded.
• No revaluation requests will be entertained and thus candidates must mark their answers carefully.

AEEE 2019 Counselling Process

The counselling schedule containing the dates, sessions, and rank of selected candidates will be released online after the declaration of AEEE result. The University will update the schedule along with the counselling call letter on its main website. The counselling will be commenced tentatively in the first week of May 2019. The University will conduct the counselling in the offline mode in the three campuses of Amrita University at Amritapiri, Bangaluru, and Coimbatore. The counselling process includes different steps that are online registration, document verification, and seat allotment.

Counselling Registration

Selected candidates will be called for counselling process on the basis of their rank and scores obtained in AEEE 2019. Those candidates have to first download the call letter by login to their account on the official website of Amrita University. Candidates who will produce the counselling call letter will be allowed to enter the counselling premises after verifying the barcode available on the counselling call letter. With the help of call letter, candidates will be able to register themselves at the counselling venue.

Document Verification

After the registration at respective campuses, candidates will be asked to show a few documents for the verification of their candidature. Candidates have to bring the original documents along with two photocopies of the same. Below is the list of documents that need to be produced during counselling-

• AEEE Counselling Call Letter
• 10th Class Marks Sheet
• Class 12th Examination Hall Ticket
• Class 12th Marks Statement
• AEEE 2019 Hall ticket (With Signature of Invigilator)
• Category Certificate** (SC / ST / BC / MBC / OBC)
• Transfer Certificate issued by the Institution where candidate studied 12th Class
• Demand Draft of Rs. 10,000/- for no-refundable counselling fee
• Demand Draft of Rs. 50,000/- for payment of advance tuition fee (partial) before seat allotment.

Seat Allotment

After thoroughly verifying the documents, candidates have to provide their choice of courses and campuses. Based on the rank, a relevant seat will be awarded to the candidates. Candidates have to pay the minimum admission fee with a specified time to claim the allotted seat. If a candidate fails to do so then their seat will be cancelled.
