BITSAT 2019 Application Form- BITS, Pilani has released the online application form of BITSAT 2019 on 04 January 2019 on its official website, http://www.bitsadmission.com. Prior to applying online, candidates are recommended to read the minimum eligibility norms and important instructions to fill the BITSAT application form 2019. Candidates who have qualified the Class 12th examination in 2018 and candidates who are appearing in 2019 are eligible to apply for BITSAT Exam. Any aspirant who fails to satisfy the eligibility conditions won’t be able to apply online for the test. In BITSAT registration form, candidates need to provide their personal, academic and contact details along with uploading the images of photograph and signature in prescribed size and format. To complete the BITSAT 2019 application form process, candidates have to pay the application fee of Rs. 2950/- (Rs. 2450/- for female) in online mode. BITSAT 2019 Application Form- Important Dates

Below mentioned BITSAT 2019 registration dates are tentative as the official notification has not been released. The dates will be updated after the release of official notification-

BITSAT 2019 Eligibility

BITSAT aspirants must fulfill the complete eligibility criteria before filling the BITSAT 2019 application form because the exam conducting authority will reject the applications of ineligible candidates.

For Admission to B.E

• Aspirants must have qualified the Intermediate or 12th Board examination from a recognized Central or State board or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics and adequate proficiency in English.
• The minimum marks in the qualifying exam should be 75% in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics and with at least 60% marks in each of the Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics subjects

For Admission to B.Pharm.

• Aspirants must have qualified the Intermediate or 12th board examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology from a recognized Central or State board or its equivalent. Candidates should have adequate proficiency in English. However, candidates with PCM may also apply for Pharmacy program.
• The minimum marks in the qualifying exam should be 75% in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with at least 60% marks in each of the Physics, Chemistry, and Biology subjects

Students who are appearing in the qualifying examination in 2019 are also eligible to take BITSAT-2019. The toppers of the Board Examination can get direct admission regardless of their BITSAT marks.

How to Submit BITSAT 2019 Application Form Online?

The only mode to submit the application form is online. The exam conducting authority will not receive any hard copy of the BITSAT 2019 application form. Below is the step-wise process to apply for the examination. We will update the information in case of the amendment and after the official release of forms. According to the previous year’s information, the registration link will be activated in the 2nd or 3rd week of December 2018.

Step 1 – Online BITSAT Registration-

Click the given link (to be activated after the official release) and read the instructions carefully before filling the BITSAT 2019 application form. To start registration, candidates should click on "New Registration" tab. A blank form will appear on your screen, candidates have to provide the given details correctly and in the respective blank-

• Candidate’s Full Name
• Gender
• Date of Birth
• Email ID

After entering information, click on "Proceed" button.

Step 2 - Filling the Online BITSAT Application Form-

Upon successful registration, candidates will receive the application number and password on their registered email ID. With the use of application number and password, candidates have to furnish the online form of BITSAT 2019 with mentioned information-

Personal Details:

• Father’s name
• Mother’s name
• Nationality
• Address for Correspondence
• City, State & PIN code
• Landline number (if available)
• Mobile number

12th Examination Details-

• Institute Name currently studying in/last attended
• Board’s Name (Select from the dropdown list) 
• Year of appearing/passing qualifying exam (2019/2018)
• Selection of subject Mathematics or Biology (If a candidate selects Biology, then he/she will be able to take the test for admission to B.Pharma courses).

Selection of Test Centres-

A dropdown list of examination centres will be provided in the BITSAT application form. Candidates have to select three exam centres according to their preferences. Only one option, “Dubai” is available for the candidates who wish to take the test in Dubai.

It is advised to re-check the complete application form of BITSAT for error and make the corrections (if required) before submitting the details. Now, click on "Confirm and Submit Details".

Step 3 – Uploading of Scanned Images

After submitting the details, candidates should upload the scanned images of their recent colour photograph and signature. All the documents should be uploaded in the given format and size else you won’t be able to submit the form. Once the images are uploaded, candidates have to click on "Submit" button.

Step 4 – Payment of Application Fee-

In the last step of BITSAT 2019 registration, candidates have to pay an application fee either in online or offline mode. No application form of BITSAT 2019 will be accepted without the fee payment. Refer the table to check the BITSAT fee details

BITSAT Application Fee 2018

Payment through Online Mode- Candidates can use net banking or credit/debit card to pay the application fee through this mode. Only debit and credit cards issued by Master and Visa will be considered for payment.

Payment through Offline Mode- Candidates have to download the pay in slip from the official website and deposit the fee in cash at the nearest branch of ICICI bank. After the fee payment, candidates should take the confirmation receipt from the bank officials. The details of payment need to be filled in the BITSAT 2019 application form.

After successful fee payment, candidates have to select the “Submit” option and a confirmation page will appear on your screen. Candidates have to download the confirmation page and keep it safe for the future use.

BITSAT 2019 Exam Centres

In 2018, the examination was conducted in 50 BITSAT Exam Cities. The number may increase in 2019. The final list of exam centres will be released after the release of official notification.

BITSAT 2019 Slot Booking

Applicants have to book their exam slot before downloading the BITSAT hall ticket. The slot booking process for BITSAT 2019 will be commenced in the 28 March 2019. Candidates have to select a suitable date and time to take BITSAT 2019 Examination with the help of slot booking procedure. If any candidates forget to book slot then the exam authority will allot an exam centre and time on the basis of availability. This may create trouble for candidates as the exam centre may be or may not be nearby. Hence, it is suggested to book an appropriate slot as early as possible.

BITSAT 2019 Admit Card

Candidates who will send their application well before the time will be able to download their admit card. BITSAT 2019 admit card will be released 12 April 2019. Candidates should have their application number to download the admit card from the official website till 13 May 2019. It is an important document for applicants and needs to be produced at the examination centres. The admit card will contain the details of candidates and the examination date and venue. Hence, it is mandatory to download the admit card and bring the same along with ID proof. Refer the below steps to download the admit card-
