BITSAT Eligibility Criteria 2019 – BITS Pilani has released the eligibility criteria of BITSAT 2019 in January. BITS Admission Test 2019 is an online entrance test which will be conducted from 16 May- 26 May 2019 for selecting eligible candidates for admissions to Integrated First Degree courses offered by 3 campuses of Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) at Pilani, Hyderabad, and Goa. BITSAT 2019 eligibility criteria consist of various details related to qualifying examination, minimum qualifying marks, subject combination, age limit, the total number of attempts, etc. Candidates must check all BITSAT eligibility points before filling the application form of BITSAT 2019. If any candidate fails to satisfy any of the mentioned eligibility norms, then their application will be rejected without any prior notification. Candidates who have qualified the class 12th board examinations with a minimum of 75% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/ Biology or who are appearing in the qualifying examination in 2019 are eligible to send their online applications for BITSAT 2019.  For more details, read the given article carefully.

BITSAT Eligibility Criteria 2019

For All Courses except B.Pharm.- Candidates must have qualified the 12th examination from a reputed Central or State board or its equivalent with a minimum of aggregate 75% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English. Candidates should have also attained at least 60% marks in each subject.

For B.Pharm. Course- Candidates must have qualified the 12th examination from a reputed Central or State board or its equivalent with a minimum of aggregate 75% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English. Candidates should have also attained at least 60% marks in each subject. However, candidates with PCM may also apply for Pharmacy program.

• Only Students who are appearing for Class 12th exam in 2019 or who have passed the same in 2018 are eligible for BISAT 2019.
• In case of more than one attempt in the Class 12th examination or its equivalent, only latest performance will be considered, provided the attempt includes the other basic eligibility requirement.
• Aspirants who have passed Class 12th examination in 2017 or earlier are not eligible for BITSAT 2019.
• BITS students are also not eligible for BITS Entrance Test 2019.
• The University will release the merit list after the declaration of BITSAT result, and selected candidates will be offered admission based on their merit.

Direct Admission to Board Toppers:

In a process to improve the overall performance of the Institute, all first rank students of the Indian central and state boards in 2019 are eligible for direct admission in the desired course and campus of BITS. Irrespective of the BITSAT 2019 scores, toppers will be given direct admission. Further details of the scheme will be updated on 1st May 2019.

BITSAT 2019 Application Form 

Aspirants can submit the online BITSAT 2019 application from the 3rd week of December 2018. After checking the above-said BITSAT Eligibility 2019, candidates can apply online for the test till the last date, in the 3rd week of March 2019. Candidates have to provide their basic eligibility details in the application form and submit the same with the application fee and recent scanned copy of photograph and signature.
