BITSAT Exam Pattern 2019- Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) Pilani will release the exam pattern of BITSAT 2019 in the 3rd week of December 2018 on its official website. BITS Admission Test 2019 is a University-level computer based entrance test for admission to the first year of Integrated First Degree courses available at its three campuses in Pilani, Goa, and Hyderabad. While preparing for the entrance test, candidates should be aware of the complete syllabus and the examination pattern of BITSAT 2019 as it will help the aspirants to prepare well for the test. BISAT 2019 exam pattern provides the details of the test mode, marking scheme, the number of question asked, type of questions, subjects and more. The question in the test will be asked from four subjects i.e Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/ Biology, English Proficiency and Logical Reasoning. BITSAT Exam Pattern 2019

  • The test duration of BITSAT 2019 will be 3-hours.
  • Only objective type questions (multiple choice questions) will be asked in the test.
  • For each incorrect answer, -1 Marks will be deducted from the total score.
  • The question paper of BITSAT 2019 will be prepared in English only.
  • To each correct response, 3 Marks will be added in the total scores.

BITSAT Exam Pattern 2019- Important points

  • Candidates will receive random questions from the large uploaded question bank, hence, the question sets differ from person to person.
  • After solving the given 150 MCQs in 180 minutes, candidates will receive 12 additional questions from Chemistry, Maths/Biology, Physics to solve. Candidates will not be able to go back to previous 150 questions after selecting the extra set of questions.
  • Immediately after the exam, candidates will be able to check their scores to make the process transparent.
  • Candidates will be able to view their scores on the main website of BITSAT.
  • Candidates are advised to take the print copy of the score for future processes.
