GITAM GAT Application Form 2019 - Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management (GITAM) has released the online application form of GITAM GAT 2019 on its main web portal in November 2018. Candidates can submit the GITAM GAT 2019 application form either in online or offline mode. GITAM GAT 2019 is scheduled to be held from 05- 07 April 2019 in online mode. Aspirants who fulfill all the eligibility criteria can send their filled application form till 30 March 2019 to apply for the GITAM admission Test 2019. There will be 03 steps in the online application process that are filling with personal and academic details, uploading documents and payment of application fee. To complete the application process, candidates should pay an application fee of Rs 1000 (Rs. 600/- for female) through online mode. Candidates can also send the filled GITAM GAT 2019 application form along with the demand draft of fee and necessary document to the postal address of the Institute. To fill the online application form, candidates must follow the below-given steps-
Step1- Fill the Online GITAM GAT 2019 Application Form
Candidates should provide the below-given details in the application form. Make sure all the information are correct and valid.
After successfully submitting the details, a unique application number will be generated which you will receive on your registered Email-ID. Candidates should keep this unique number safe till the completion of admission process as you will need it for further login to download the admit card and to check the result
Step2: Upload of Photograph:
Upon filling the details, candidates should upload the recent photograph in .jpeg format. The size of the image should be between 4 kb to 50 kb.
Before moving ahead, candidates should carefully check the entered details as you will not be able to rectify the details once submitted.
Step 3: Payment of the application fees
The next step is to pay the application fee through online or offline mode. Through online mode, candidates can pay the fee through Net Banking, Debit/ Credit Card and through offline mode, candidates should send a demand draft in favor of GITAM (Deemed to be University), payable at Visakhapatnam.

Candidates who will pay the fee by demand draft must send the DD and a copy of the filled in GITAM GAT 2019 application form to Director-Admissions, GITAM (Deemed to be University), Gandhi Nagar Campus, Rushikonda, Visakhapatnam - 530 045, Andhra Pradesh, India on or before the last date
After Payment, candidates are advised to download and keep a copy of their application form for their reference.
Candidates can also send a request on plain paper with their name and complete mailing address accompanied by DD for Rs 150/- drawn in favor of GITAM (Deemed to be University) payable at Visakhapatnam to get the hard copy of the application form.
