GUJCET 2019- Gujarat Secondary and Higher Education Board (GSEB) will release the official notification of GUJCET 2019 in the 3rd week of February 2019. Gujarat Common Entrance Test 2019, also known as GUJCET, will be conducted in the last week of April 2019 for selecting eligible candidates to offer admission in various undergraduate courses. Aspirants will be able to send the application forms from the 4th week of March 2019. It is suggested to check all the eligibility conditions and instruction before filling the GUJCET application form. The GUJCET 219 examination will be held in offline or pen and paper mode for 03-hour duration wherein candidates have to solve 120 multiple choice questions of Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics. The GUJCET application form will be released from the last week of March 2019 in online mode on the official website of the board. Aspirants who satisfy the eligibility criteria can apply for GUJCET 2019 till the first week of April 2019. Candidates have to pay the requisite amount of Rs. 300/- as application fee to conclude the registration process. After the submission of fee, candidates will receive their user id and password to access the online GUJCET application form. In the online form, candidates have to fill the personal, education and contact details correctly. The details mentioned in the GUJCET 2019 application form will be verified at various stages hence, be careful while entering the details in order to avoid the rejection. Alongside, candidates should also upload photograph and signature of specified dimensions in the application form.

GUJCET Aspirants should have the details of exam pattern and important topics to start their preparation. To qualify the test with good marks, candidates should figure out what are their weaknesses and strength and work accordingly. Start you preparation with weak sections as it will consume more time. Regularly revise the prepared topics to retain every important piece of information. Candidates should make short notes along with the study so that they can grasp easily. This process will also make the revision part a bit easier for aspirants. During the last days, candidates should solve previous year’s paper and sample papers to make themselves prepare for the final day. Candidates should remember there is no shortcut for success hence, stay focused and work hard to qualify the GUJCET 2019.
The admit card of GUJCET 2019 will be released online in the third week of April 2019. Candidates will not receive any hard copy of the admit card at their postal address. GUJCET admit card 2019 is an important document that every applicant should bring at the time of examination. The admit card will contain the details of examination such as the test venue, date and time. Along with the admit card, candidates should also bring a valid ID proof. To download the admit card online, candidates should have their User ID and Password. Candidates without the admit card will not be allowed to enter the examination hall.
GSEB will release the answer key of GUJCET 2019 a few days after the examination, tentatively in the last week of April 2019. The answer keys will contain the correct answers to all the questions asked in the question paper. Candidate can match their answers with the GUJCET answer keys to check the expected scores. In order to do so, candidates have to follow the marking scheme, mention in the examination pattern. It is suggested to carefully calculate the scores.
The result of GUJCET 2019 will be available on the main website of GSEB in the month of May 2019. Candidates have to provide their user ID and password to access the GUJCET result online. The result will contain scores and rank obtained by the candidates in GUJCET 2019. Based on the scores and rank, selected candidates will be called for the counselling process, to be commenced in the month of May 2019.
The Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC) will hold the counseling process for the engineering courses. The schedule of counselling will be released after the result declaration. Selected candidates have to appear in the counselling sessions according the schedule. The counselling process comprises of choice filling, document verification, seat allotment and admission fee payment steps.
