JEE Main 2019 Admit Card- National Testing Agency (NTA) will release the admit card of JEE Main 2019 tentatively in 2nd week of December 2018 for the January test. Candidates will be able to download the JEE Main Admit Card through online mode only from its official website, http://nta.ac.in/. To access the admit card, candidates should have their login credentials such as application number and the password. According to the latest news, NTA will conduct the JEE Main 2019 twice a year in January & April. Previously, CBSE (Central Board of secondary Education) was the exam conducting authority which was responsible for conducting the complete JEE Main process from setting up the syllabus to declaring the result. NTA has declared the JEE Main 2019 Exam Dates. The online JEE Main 2019 will be conducted on 06- 20 January 2019 and 7- 21 April 2019 in only online mode. How to Download JEE Main 2019 Admit Card Online?

A completely new exam authority will be releasing the admit card this year. Hence, there may be minor changes in the procedure. The complete admit card downloading guide will be released along with the official brochure in September 2019. Meanwhile, candidates can refer to the JEE Main 2019 downloading process that is mentioned after evaluating the previous year’s details-

• Go to official website of NTA, http://nta.ac.in and click on the JEE Main 2019 admit card link. We will also host the direct admit card link on this page after its official release.
• Some mandatory details such as application number of JEE Main 2019, password and security pin will be asked on the admit card page, candidates have to enter all the details in respective blank and submit it.
• Immediately, after submitting the details, JEE Main 2019 admit card will be displayed on the computer screen.
• Candidates should carefully go through the mentioned details and immediately contact the exam conducting authority in case of any discrepancy.
• If all the printed details are correct, then take a printout of the admit card of JEE Main 2019 and keep it safe.

How to Retrieve JEE Main 2019 Application Number or Password?

Many students forget to save their password or application number while applying for JEE Main Examination. Along with a confirmation mail, the authority will send the application number. Candidates can check their registered main ID to get the application number information. However, if you want to retrieve your password then follow the below mentioned steps-

• Click the JEE Main 2019 admit card page available of the home page of nta.nic.in
• Now, select the option “I can’t access my account”, provided after the asked details.
• Select any one of the mentioned options- 1) I forgot my Password or 2) I forgot my Application Number
• Click on the “Continue” tab and mention your registered e-mail ID in the blank.

The following details will have to be submitted to retrieve the application number of JEE Main 2019.

JEE Main 2019 Admit Card- Important Instructions

Candidates have to keep a few things in mind while appearing in the examination. Below are some important instructions to help students-

• Bing a print copy of JEE Main 2019 admit card along with a valid ID proof (College/ School ID Card, Driving License, Passport).
• Candidates belonging to PwD category will have to carry a copy of the PwD certificate in the prescribed format.
• Avoid carrying any electronic devices such as Cellular phone, Mobile, Log Tables, notebooks, copying materials, Pager, Calculator, books, bits of paper inside the examination hall.
• Candidates will not be allowed to wear or carry any type of watch into the exam hall. In case a candidate is found carrying any of the above will not be allowed to write the examination.
• Candidates are not permitted to carry watch as all the examination halls will be having a wall clock.
• Candidates are requested to visit the Venue of Test, a day before the examination so as to reach in time on the day of examination. Any request for change of City/Centre of the examination will not be entertained.
• The candidates will be permitted to appear at the allotted venue of test only. Not only this, the candidate should sit on the seat allotted to him/her.
• After the scheduled time, no candidate will be allowed to enter at the exam centre.
• Candidates should keep the JEE Main 2019 admit card safe till the final allotment.
• Candidate will not be allowed to leave the Exam Hall before the conclusion of the paper.
• JEE Main 2019 admit card is an important document that will also be required at the time of the counselling process as well.
• Candidates won’t claim admission in any institute on the basis of JEE Main admit card.
