KEE 2019- Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences will conduct Karunya Entrance Exam (KEE) 2019 on April, 27 2019 for admission in various UG engineering programmes. Aspirants are suggested to check the eligibility criteria before filling the application form for Karunya Entrance Exam 2019. Candidates whose age is less than 21 years and who have passed the class 12th examination with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks are eligible to apply for KEE 2019. The online registration has been commenced. Candidates will be able to send the online application form till the first week of April 2019. KEE 2019 will be conducted in online or computer-based mode. KEE 2019 Eligibility Criteria

 

Candidates should check the eligibility criteria for KEE 2019 Exam before they actually apply for the entrance exam:

  • Nationality: All Indian, NRI and International candidates are eligible for KEE 2019
  • Age Limit: For Undergraduate or Integrated courses, a candidate’s age needs to be less than 21 years as on 1st July 2019.

Qualification Eligibility:

  • For B.Tech- Candidates must have qualified 10+2 examination with physics, chemistry, and mathematics as main subjects and should have obtained minimum aggregate marks of 50% from any recognized board.
  • B.Tech (Lateral Entry)- Candidates must have qualified Diploma or B.Sc degree with minimum aggregate marks of 60% from any recognized board.
  • For M.Tech Course- Candidates must have qualified B.tech degree with minimum aggregate marks of 50% from any recognized board.

 

KEE 2019 Application Form

 

The university has released the KEE application form on 8 October 2018. Candidates have to visit the official university website to download the application forms. Applicants are required to upload the necessary documents and pay the application fee along with the form. The institute must receive the submitted filled-in OMR sheet and online application form till the first week of April 2019. In the first step, candidates will need to fill the expression of interest (EOI) form via online mode. Refer the steps to submit the EOI form

Steps to Submit EOI form

  • Visit the Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences’ website, www.karunya.edu/
  • Click the application form link available on the home page
  • Enter your personal details such as Name, Email-ID, mobile number, level of study, course and other

After successful submission of details, candidates will receive the application ID and password on their email and mobile number.

Login to your account with the help of application ID and password and fill in the remaining details and pay the application fee through online mode or by demand draft. Also upload the scanned copy of the images of photograph and signature in the online application form. Candidates are suggested to download the submitted form for future use and send the same to the university.

Application Fee

  • The application fee for Indian Nationals is Rs. 1000/- and $ 60 for NRI or Foreign Candidates.
  • The application fee for the entrance exam can be paid via online mode through net banking/credit card/debit card.
  • The fee for the same can also be remitted through Demand Draft which is to be drawn in favor of ‘The Registrar, Karunya University, payable at Coimbatore’.
  • The candidates could also choose to transfer the funds to Karunya University Bank Account.

KEE 2019 Exam Pattern

 

The exam pattern for KEE 2019 is given below. Candidates must note that they will be able to check further details of the entrance exam from the official university website.

 

  • Duration of exam: The examination will be held for a duration of 2 hours and 30 minutes.
  • The question paper shall consist Objective Type Questions only.
  • For each correct answer, 1 mark will be awarded.
  • For each incorrect answer, 0.25 marks will be deducted.

KEE 2019 Syllabus

 

The syllabus of Karunya Entrance Exam will comprise subjects of previous level qualifying examinations. KEE 2019 Admit Card

 

The exam authorities will release the KEE admit card in the 3rd week of April 2019 in online mode. Registered candidates will be able to download the KEE 2019 admit card from the official website by using their login credentials. Candidates must bring their KEE admit card while appearing in the Karunaya entrance examination.

  • Click the KEE admit card link
  • Enter your log in credentials and press enter

The admit card will appear on your screen. Candidates have to download the admit card for future use. Along with the admit card, candidates should also bring a valid ID proof at the examination hall.

 

KEE 2019 Preparation Tips

 

  • Get the details of exam pattern and syllabus from the article and make an executable study plan.
  • Select the right books for KEE preparation and avoid following too many books.
  • Revise the prepare syllabus on regular basis.
  • Solve previous year’s papers and sample papers to know your preparation level.

 

KEE 2019 Result

 

The result of KEE 2019 will be published on the official website in the first week of May 2019. Candidates will be able to check and download their result from the website by log in to their account using the application number and password. On the basis of the candidate’s performance in the entrance exam, the merit list will be prepared by the exam council. The merit list is the list which will contain the names of the shortlisted candidates.

 

KEE 2019 Counselling

 

The counselling process will tentatively be commenced in the second week of July 2019 in online mode. On the basis of candidate’s rank in the entrance exam and HSC marks, candidates will be called for KEE counselling 2019. The counselling dates will be intimated through SMS/email. Selected candidates will have to visit the mentioned counselling centre along with the given documents for verification.
