The Council of Architecture (COA) conducts the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) for admission to undergraduate courses in architectural colleges in India. The national level exam, NATA is conducted in the month of April every year. This year as well, NATA 2019 will be held in the last week of April 2019. The COA will release NATA 2019 Admit Card via online mode to all the students who have registered for the exam.
Once the candidates will be done with their NATA 2019 registration process, their NATA 2019 Admit Card will be generated. The COA will not send the NATA Admit Card to any student via offline mode. Since NATA 2019 will be conducted in the last week of April 2019, you can download your NATA 2019 Hall Ticket from the third week of April 2019 onward.
You can download your NATA Admit Card 2019 by following these simple steps:
You need to visit the official website of NATA viz. www.nata.in.
Here, you will need to find a link that says “Download NATA 2019 Admit Card”.
As soon as you click on the link, you will be redirected to the NATA login portal.
Here, you are required to enter your login details to sign in the NATA students’ portal.
You need to use your Application Number, date of birth and Password in order to download your admit card.
Once you successfully log in to the portal, you can see your admit card on your computer screen.
Download your NATA Admit Card and take a printout of it for future reference.
You must note that you should keep your NATA Hall Ticket safe. In case of finding any distortion or mutilation in the admit card, you will not be allowed to appear in the examination. You should also note that it is mandatory to carry your admit card to the NATA Exam Centre without which you will not be allowed to enter the examination hall. You will also need to carry your photo ID proof in the examination centre.
(NOTE: You must keep your NATA Hall Ticket safe until you get the admission.)
Let us check out the documents you need to carry along with your NATA Admit Card in the examination hall.
You need to carry your original photograph, which you have uploaded while filling up the NATA Application Form.
You should also carry any one of your ID proofs namely Voter ID, Aadhaar Card, Driving License, and PAN Card etc.
Apart from that, there are certain proofs that are not valid for NATA 2019 Exam. These documents include learning driving license, photocopies of your documents, employee ID card or any document attested by the notary.
You need to carry your NATA Admit Card along with your valid ID proof.
There must not be any distortion or fabrication on the NATA Admit Card.
You must carry a blue or black ballpoint pen. Along with it, you are allowed to carry pencils, colour pencils etc. However, watercolours, crayons colours and oil colours are not allowed in the examination hall.
You will not be allowed to use the calculator, log tables, mobile phones or any other electronic devices.
You will not be allowed to leave the exam hall before the examination ends.
You will need to put the same signature that you have uploaded at the time of filling up the application form.
You will be required to hand over your photograph and log in to the examination hall via using the biometric system available in the exam centre. You will be allowed to appear on the examination only after this process.

NATA 2019 will be held in two parts i.e. Part A and Part B. There will be Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) in Part A that are to be answered online while Part B will have to be answered on the A4 size drawing sheet provided by the invigilator. Take a look at the NATA 2019 marks distribution scheme:
