SRMJEEE 2019- SRM University holds SRM Engineering Entrance Examination, every year, in the month of April, for admission to 7,000 undergraduate engineering seats at the four campuses of SRM including SRM Institute of Science & Technology, Chennai, SRM University, AP Amravati, SRM University - Haryana Sonepat. The information brochure and application form will be made available on the official website of SRM University, http://www.srmuniv.ac.in, in the first week of November 2018. Indian candidates who are born between 1 July 1998 to 1 July 2003 and have qualified the 10+2 examination with PCM/ PCB are eligible to apply for the test.

SRM University will conduct the SRMJEEE 2019 in online mode on various dates of April 2019 across 123 test centres in India and 5 test centres across Middle East for NRI candidates. It is a computer-based examination of 2 hours and 30 minutes duration. In 2018, a total of 1, 72, 825 candidates appeared in SRMJEEE Examination, out of which 76,000 were invited for counselling. SRMJEEE 2019 Eligibility

Only eligible candidates will be able to appear in the SRM University entrance examination. The conditions of minimum eligibility are mentioned below-

Age Limit- Candidates should be born between 1 July 1998 to 1 July 2003.

Nationality- Candidates having Indian nationality or PIO or OCI card holders issued by the Government of India or Non-Resident Indian (NRI) are eligible to apply.

Educational Qualification

For B. Tech Courses except B. Tech biotechnology & Biomedical Engineering & Genetic Engineering

• The candidates should have qualified 10+2 (or equivalent) examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as major subjects from any recognized board.
• Candidates appearing the said qualifying examination are also eligible

For B. Tech Biotechnology & Biomedical Engineering & Genetic Engineering

• The candidates should have qualified 10+2 (or equivalent) examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/ Biology/ Biotechnology as major subjects from any recognized board.
• Candidates appearing the said qualifying examination are also eligible

SRMJEEE 2019 Application Form

The application form of SRMJEEE will be available in online and offline mode. Candidates can either apply online or can download the forms from the official website of SRM University. Both the forms for Indian citizens will be available from the first week of November 2018 while the online registration of NRI candidates will be commenced in October 2018. SRMJEEE 2019 Exam Centres

• The examination will be held in Computer-based mode.

SRMJEEE 2019 Slot Booking

SRM University will allow candidates to book their test slot in the first week of April 2019. Applicants have to visit the main website of SRM University to access the slot booking link. Candidates will need their email ID and password to book the slot. Candidates do note that slot booking is provided for them to select the favorable test date and time as the examination will be held in online mode. Candidates who fail to book their slot won’t be able to download their hall ticket. Only registered candidates will be able to take part in the slot booking process. Also, the SRM slot booking 2019 will be done on first-come, first-served basis.

SRMJEEE 2019 Admit Card

SRM University will release the admit card of SRMJEEE 2018 after the completion of the slot booking process, in the second week of April 2019. Only candidates who will book their slots through the online process will be able to download the hall ticket. SRMJEEE Admit card 2019 is an important document that contains the details of the examination date, time and venue. Candidates have to bring their hall ticket while appearing in the examination. • After booking the slot, logging in to your account by using email ID and password.
• Click the “submit” tab to check the printed details and contact the exam officials in case of any error.
• Download the SRMJEEE 2019 hall ticket and keep it safe till the completion of admission process.

SRMJEEE 2019 Result

SRMJEEE result 2019 will be announced by SRM University in online mode on its official website. The estimated date of result declaration will fall in the first week of May 2019. The result will include the SRMJEEE scores, All India ranks, and counselling call letter. Candidates have to log in to their account to view the details of the result. A merit list of shortlisted candidates will be prepared by the University to call selected candidates for counselling process. In 2018, a total of 1,72,825 candidates registered and the SRM Engineering entrance test and only 76,000 candidates were qualified for the counselling process. Steps to check SRMJEEE result 2019

• Visit the SRM University’s official website
• Login to your account with application number and password.
• The result details containing an overall score and All India rank will appear on your screen
• Download the scorecard and save till the admission procedure completion.

SRMJEEE 2019 Cut Off

The cut off will be announced as the closing rank. The closing rank for each course and colleges is different. Candidates can refer the previous year’s closing rank in the below-given table to have an estimated view of SRMJEEE 2019 cut off marks-

SRMJEEE 2019 Counselling

The counseling process for SRM University admissions will be commenced from the first week of May 2019. Candidates who will attain the minimum cut off marks will be able to fill their choices. According to the ranks and marks obtained by the candidates in the entrance test, seat allotment will be made. Candidates have to pay a fee of Rs. 2,10,000 (including the Registration Fee Rs. 10,000 and a portion of first year’s tuition fee) before document verification round.
