The Dr A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), the conducting body of the Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UPSEE), will release the exam result by the end month of May, or in the first week of June 2019. The UPSEE exam will be held between the last week of April and the first week of May 2019. Notably, the University will declare the exam result after a month of the exam dates. You must note that the university will release the UPSEE 2019 result at the online mode only. You will not receive your result card by post or any other offline mode. How to Check UPSEE Result 2019?

As mentioned above, you need to visit the official website of UPSEE 2019.

  • You will, there, see a link says “UPSEE Result 2019”. You are required to click on the link, which will redirect you to another page where the login screen will be displayed.
  • Here, you will require to enter your roll number and the date of birth.
  • Once you fill up all the details carefully, click on the ‘Submit’ button.
  • As soon as you click on the ‘Submit’ button, your UPSEE Result 2019 will appear on the screen.
  • You are advised to download your UPSEE 2019 Result and take a printout of it for future references.

Check Out the UPSEE Merit List 2019

The University will prepare the separate merit lists for each course based on the students’ performance in the UPSEE 2019 exam. The UPSEE 2019 Merit List will be prepared once the UPSEE results 2019 are out. Alike the UPSEE 2019 results, you will require to check the Merit List through online mode. The UPSEE rank will purely be based on your performance in the examination. In case two or more students obtain same marks in UPSEE 2019 exam, the University will rank them based on some other criteria mentioned below:

  • You must have marked less number of wrong answers in order to get the preference.
  • You must have high scores in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics sections altogether.
  • Those who are seeking admission in the B.Tech Agriculture or Biotechnology must have scored higher marks in the AG-I, AG-II and AG-III altogether.
  • In a rare incident, if there is still a tie situation, the one with higher age will be given higher rank.

What After UPSEE Result 2019?

After the University releases UPSEE Result for all the candidates appeared for seeking admission to various undergraduate courses in the colleges affiliated to the Dr A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), all the candidates who have successfully qualified the UPSEE exam will be called for the UPSEE Counselling 2019.

UPSEE Counselling 2019

The Dr A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University will conduct the counselling session for the UPSEE qualified students after the declaration of the UPSEE 2019 result. Students who have passed the UPSEE 2019 exam are required to attend the UPSEE Counselling Process 2019. The university will conduct the UPSEE 2019 Counselling Process through online mode only. This is where the UPSEE 2019 qualified students are required to select the colleges and courses of their choice based on the rank they obtain in the UPSEE exam 2019. All the candidates are required to register for the UPSEE 2019 counselling process, upload their documents for verification and make the payment of the UPSEE 2019 counselling fee.

UPSEE Counselling Seat Selection

Upon completing these steps, you are required to select the courses and colleges of their choice and wait for the seat allotment results. You will be allotted the seat considering your UPSEE rank and the availability of seats in the particular college and course you have chosen. Once you are offered the seat, you will be presented with three options i.e. Freeze, Float and Withdrawal. If you’re satisfied with the seat provided to you, you can ‘Freeze’ it. If you want to hold onto the seat offered to you and apply for another. The third option, withdrawal, gives you the chance to leave the seat allotment process right away and withdraw his/ her candidature.

After the whole seat selection process is completed, you will be required to visit the allotted college with all your documents in order to complete the further admission formalities.
