How many students are looking for a twinning program as in do two years of B.E. and then transfer to.a.college in the usa. (Provided the university in India has a tie up or partnership with a university in USA).

I checked with Anand Sudarshan, one of the leading experts on Education in India (and former CEO of Manipal Global Education) believes that the twinning program attracts maybe a few thousand engineering students in India. Exact stats are hard to come by, but we will keep an eye on it.
