How does one send the IELTS score to US Colleges? Thx

According to the IELTS site, here are the instructions on how to send the score to US Colleges:

"Requests for score delivery to institutions must be submitted directly to the test center where you took the IELTS test. Scores are available approximately 13 days from the test date. Please follow the directions below when submitting requests for test scores.

Institutions (or departments/programs within institutions) may elect to receive paper Test Report Forms or use the IELTS electronic score delivery service. Many institutions (or departments/programs) that receive scores electronically will not accept paper Test Report Forms. Please consult with your preferred institution with specific questions regarding score delivery method.

Educational institutions and organizations receive a large number of applications and supporting materials throughout the admissions process. Therefore, please allow 2–3 weeks from the time you submit your score request until they are uploaded into your application file at your preferred institution (department/program). If your preferred institution (department/program) has not received your test scores within 3 weeks, please contact us at stakeholders@ieltsusa.org."
