How was your experience with your counselor, if you had one?

I consulted with Admissionado, a US based higher education counseling company, for my undergraduate admissions. My mentor was very knowledgeable about the admissions process. She had expertise about all aspects of the process(e.g. how to fill CSS profile, how to write top-notch essays, what EC's are worth mentioning in application, what colleges I should I apply to etc.) I had sessions 2-3 times a week via Skype. I consulted with Admissionado for 9 months for the complete application process.
