Hi,
I did some digging and found some resources to get you started. I am not sure how effective these are since I haven't used these myself.

There are a number of sites that help practice speaking in English -

  1. italki - has speaking partners fro free and as well as tutors and teachers that you would have to pay for. The site is http://promos.italki.com/learnanylanguage-en/?ref=betteratenglish2&utmsource=betteratenglish2&utmmedium=partner&utm_campaign=kol

  2. ConversationExchange.com - free speaking partners

  3. Busuu.com - find free speaking partners

  4. Tips on how to improve spoken English without partners - https://www.fluentu.com/blog/english/how-to-improve-spoken-english/

Hope you find these helpful. Please let us know.
