Vidalista - Worried About 36 Hours of Side Effects? ¶

Hey everyone, I'm hoping to get some practical opinions from people who have experience with Vidalista, because I'm feeling very hesitant about trying it, even though it seems appealing in some ways. Here's my situation. I've been using sildenafil for about a year to manage my ED. It works, and I’m grateful for that. The main problem for me is the side effects. They aren't terrible, but they are very predictable. About an hour after I take a pill, I get a dull headache, a very stuffy nose, and my face gets noticeably flushed and warm. These effects last for about four hours, which is basically the same duration as the main effect of the medication. It's annoying, but I know it's temporary, and I can deal with it because I know it will be gone in a few hours.
My doctor recently mentioned that I could try tadalafil as an alternative, and in my own research, I've seen Vidalista mentioned a lot as a popular generic version. The main feature that everyone talks about, the 36-hour duration, is both interesting and frankly, a little scary to me. The idea of not having to plan around a four-hour window is very appealing. The potential for more spontaneity seems great. But my mind immediately goes to the side effects. My biggest fear, and the main question I have for you all, is about the duration of those side effects.
If sildenafil gives me a four-hour headache, does that mean Vidalista is going to give me a 36-hour headache? This is a serious concern for me. The idea of feeling unwell for a day and a half just to have the medication in my system is a huge drawback. For those of you who experience side effects like headaches, muscle aches, or a stuffy nose from Vidalista, do these side effects last for the entire 36 hours? Or do they only appear for a few hours after you first take the pill and then go away, even while the main effect continues to work? This is the most important piece of information for me, and I can't seem to find a clear answer anywhere.
My other question is about what it actually feels like to have the medication active in your system for that long. With sildenafil, the effect is very clear. I know when it starts and I know when it wears off. The idea of having the effect just lingering in the background for a day and a half seems a little strange. Does it feel unnatural? Is it a constant physical sensation, or is it something you don't even notice until you are in a sexual situation? I'm worried it might feel weird when I'm just trying to go about my day, like when I'm at work or at the gym. I don't want to feel like I'm "on" something for such a long period of time.
Lastly, for anyone who has used both sildenafil and tadalafil (Vidalista), how would you compare the actual physical effect? I've read some people say that the erection from sildenafil feels harder or more powerful, while tadalafil feels more natural. Is there any truth to this? Is there a noticeable difference in the quality or feeling of the erection itself? I'm trying to gather as much real-world information as I can before I decide if making a switch is worth it. The potential benefits are clear, but the potential downsides, especially the side effect duration, are what's holding me back.
