Learning Centers are a resource provided to students on college campuses where they can go and get help on school related work in the subject area.
At Berkeley, there are adjunct classes (additional tutoring classes on top of your regular class) held at the Student Learning Center as well as constant office hours to get your doubts and questions answered.
