Leadership is important if you are able to demonstrate it in your application or if it shows based on what it is. It is not vital to applications but they do look for it. Every college will weigh it differently so there is no way to predict.

This really depends on the college. Some colleges share the application related info with the interviewers. In most cases, the interviews are optional as well.

Here is how you need to approach this:
First of all you need to figure out what the college prefers, study the historical data available from class admissions - SAT or ACT, and then send that score.

If both scores are even, then send either one....

College classes will be more challenging but not because of content. They will be more challenging because students will not have 9 months to learn the material; it will be 10-15 weeks depending on the academic system of the college.

College admissions will only look at supporting material if they request or suggest to provide it. If they do not ask for it, they will not consider it.

Most colleges do not have a preference and accept either for admissions. Since they vary a bit, it is up to you to determine which one you prefer. Take the one that works for you!

Extracurriculars should be about your interests, strengths or things you enjoy. If you enjoy something in particular, then that should be your focus. Colleges are looking for commitment and focus. It is good to demonstrate that in your application.
